Plans, billing and what counts toward limits
PlanSend is priced per brand, with unlimited posts on every paid plan and free reviewers everywhere. Here is what each plan includes and what actually counts against a limit.

Reviewers are free on every plan, including Free. Approvals, review links, the calendar, posting slots, the API and the MCP server are in every plan too. Prices are in US dollars; the current table is always on the pricing page.
What counts
- Brands — the number of brand workspaces on your billing account, across everything you own.
- Channels — connected accounts in one brand. A channel you disconnect stops counting immediately and keeps its history.
- Posts a month — Free plan only. Posts created in the current calendar month, in that brand's time zone. Deleting a post does not give the slot back within the month.
- Editor seats — people with the owner or editor role, counted once across every brand on the account. The owner is the first seat, so a plan with one seat means you and no editors. Reviewers are never counted; an editor invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or expires.
- AI credits — one credit per AI Assist request, pooled per brand, reset on the first of each month. See AI Assist and credits.
When a limit is reached, PlanSend says which limit and what to do — for example This plan supports 8 channels per workspace — instead of silently dropping something.
Extra brands on Scale
Scale can buy additional brand workspaces at $3 each a month, up to 200, from Billing. On a yearly subscription they are the same $3 a month, billed as $36 a year; add-on brands are not discounted the way the base plans are. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
Paying and changing plan
- Open Billing in the sidebar. Only the owner who pays sees it.
- Choose a plan and monthly or yearly, then continue to Stripe Checkout.
- Manage the card, invoices and cancellation later through the same page's billing portal link.
Plan changes take effect once Stripe confirms them. Choosing a smaller plan is refused while you hold more brands than it allows, and the message names the brands to delete first.
Cancelling
Cancel in the billing portal at any time. Your workspaces and posts stay; the Free limits apply again once the subscription ends. To remove your data entirely, see Export or delete your data.
Common questions
- What counts as a channel?
- One connected account: one Facebook Page, one Instagram account, one Bluesky handle. Channels are counted per brand, and a disconnected channel does not count.
- Is the 20-post limit on the Free plan shared between brands?
- The Free plan only includes one brand, and the limit counts posts created in that brand during the current calendar month, in its time zone. Brands and editor seats are pooled across your billing account; monthly posts are counted per brand.
- Who appears on my card statement?
- ULA SOFT LTD, the billing company behind Solo Soft. Payments are in US dollars through Stripe, with tax handled automatically.
- What happens if my subscription lapses?
- Your data stays exactly as it is, but the Free limits apply again until the subscription is active. Nothing is deleted.
